Kevin Miles chose to start a confrontation with one of his neighbors by piling up garden waste against his neighbor's gate preventing them from exiting their home. He was encouraged in this childish behavior by his wife Catherine Miles.

When his neighbor moved the garden waste in order to exit his home Kevin Miles yelled out “don't touch that”. His neighbor asked Kevin Miles “did you do this”. Kevin Miles responded by shouting aggressively: “I CAN GET NASTY”. The neighbor physically restrained Kevin Miles thus stopping his aggression. Catherine Miles said to her husband Kevin “its not worth it”. At this point Kevin Miles' young son, Oliver Miles, who was in a pram nearby, started to cry. He was clearly frightened by his parent's shouting and aggressive behavior.

Next Catherine Miles uses her cellphone to call in reinforcements. She calls her brother-in-law. He in turn rounds up some of his friends. They come around the corner shouting aggressively at the neighbor. Kevin Miles, emboldened by the arrival of his backup, advances on his neighbor shouting: “Now you've upset my son” and “Now you're going to get it”. But much to Kevin Miles' surprise, his neighbor does not retreat, but stands his ground. Kevin Miles then takes a circuitous path around behind the largest of his gang members, the brother-in-law Nigel Conan Davies. Then Kevin Miles is held back by Nigel Davies while he throws punches furiously into the air in a most ridiculous display. The neighbor grabs Kevin Miles' wrists, holding them securely while Kevin Miles has a very childish temper tantrum.

Several witnesses have come forward willing to make statements regarding this incident. But the Police Officer assigned to this case, PS 3022 David Burke, refuses to talk to them as he is covering up the incompetence of his colleagues in sending the victim of a later knife attack to prison.

About a year later Kevin Miles passes his neighbor in town. He is still embarrassed at making such a fool of himself in front of his wife and kids. He tries to redeem himself by starting a fight with his neighbor yet again. But his neighbor easily puts him down on the ground. Kevin Miles is now so embarrassed that he his getting his ass whopped yet again. He pulls out a knife from behind his back and says aggressively “I'm going to fucking kill you”. The neighbor disarms Kevin Miles and throws the knife away. Now Kevin Miles is scared. He cries “Please don't hurt me, I've got two little boys” He stumbles to his feet and runs. He flags down a passing car and asks the driver, an old woman, to save him. She calls the police.

When the police arrive Kevin Miles tells them a pack of lies. He makes up a story that his neighbor attacked him with a knife. As a result the neighbor is sent to prison on remand for 3 months before being acquitted at Crown Court. Yet another spectacular display of cowardice by Kevin Miles and incompetence by the Police.

What a pitiful excuse for a man Kevin Miles is. He starts a war with his neighbor with the support of his gang. He progresses from shouting “I can get nasty” and throwing punches into the air to hiding behind an old woman's skirts, begging her to save his ass. What a spectacular coward Kevin Miles is.

Kevin Miles' use of his two sons as an excuse for his actions, or to extort sympathy, is a recurring theme in his patten of behavior. His psychology is similar to, if not exactly, Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy. It is a form of child abuse. He is raising his children in a toxic environment in which he not only exposes them to violence at a young age, and teaches them that violence is an acceptable form of behavior. But then, he uses his children as a shield to hide behind. Sometimes he hides behind them quite literally during combat. They become his physical shield protecting him from injury. Other times he hides behind them socially, claiming that his actions were for the protection of his children when any rational thinking person would see that his children were never in danger from anybody other than their father.

Catherine Miles is the wife of Kevin Miles.

Catherine Miles is socially inept. She is the department head of the French Department at Diss High School. She does not have the respect of her students. They describe her as unable to maintain classroom discipline, and an inadequate teacher.

Parents of children that attend Diss High School should be aware of Catherine Miles' behavior outside of school. She deliberately called in a multiple assailant attack on a lone neighbor. She condones knife attacks. Let there no doubt here: A knife attack is a serious assault. It is an attempt murder. Ask yourself if you are comfortable having a person of such despicable morals teaching your child.
